This policy explains what personal data Fantastech S.A. ("Fantastech", "we") collects when you visit fantastech.io or contact us, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
The site itself has no accounts and no forms. You reach us through links that open email, WhatsApp or our booking page on cal.com.
Who we are
Fantastech S.A. is the data controller for the personal data described here.

When you visit the site
Like any website, our server records each request it receives: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser and device type (the user agent) and the page you came from. We use these logs only to operate the site, keep it secure and diagnose errors.
Legal basis where the GDPR applies: our legitimate interest in running a secure website. The logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.
Analytics, only if you accept
If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Nothing is sent to Google before you accept: the analytics script is not loaded until then.
Google Analytics collects the pages you view, how long you stay, the device and browser you use, your approximate location (country and city, derived by Google) and a random identifier stored in a cookie. We also record clicks on the buttons that book a meeting, open WhatsApp or start an email: which kind of button, the page it was on and its label. We never see the content of any message you then send.
Legal basis where the GDPR applies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing stops analytics and deletes its cookies from your browser. Analytics data is kept for 2 months.
When you contact us
When you email us, message us on WhatsApp or book a meeting through cal.com, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message, plus the date and time of any meeting. Meetings you book on cal.com are added to our Google Calendar.
We use this only to reply, to arrange and hold meetings, and to discuss a possible engagement with you. Legal basis where the GDPR applies: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
We keep these messages and meeting records only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows from it.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- We do not run advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking.
- We do not make automated decisions about you, including profiling.
- We do not collect job applications through the site. The "Work with us" link opens an information page hosted on ClickUp; if you then apply by email, the section above applies.

International transfers
Fantastech is based in Guatemala, and most of our providers process data in the United States. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your data is therefore transferred outside it.
How long we keep data
- Server logs: 14 days.
- Analytics data: 2 months, and only if you accepted analytics.
- Enquiries and meeting records: as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship.
- Your cookie choice: stored in your own browser, and asked again after 12 months or when this policy changes.
Your rights
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that happened before. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Depending on where you live, you may have similar rights under other laws. To exercise any of them, email info@fantastech.io. We will answer within one month.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Access to enquiries and analytics is limited to the Fantastech staff who need it, and we choose providers with established security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its "Last updated" date. If a change affects analytics, the cookie banner will ask for your choice again.
